We use Printify, a third-party service, for fulfilling custom merchandise orders. Printify handles the production, packaging, and shipment of products. After you place an order, your order details are automatically sent to Printful for fulfillment.
These details include your:
Billing and shipping address
Details relating to your purchase (for example, product dimensions)
Email address
Name Phone number
We share this data with Printify for the purpose of producing and delivering your products. We recommend reviewing Printify’s privacy policy to understand how they process the data they receive.

Damaged/defective product
A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof.
Returns/exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Please read Printify’s Return Policy

Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact Printify Merchant Support and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if your customer receives a damaged product.
Refund
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your Printify account within 1 business day after notifying Printify Merchant Support. Please see our Terms of Service for the errors we take full responsibility for. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that refunds are issued correctly.

When you purchase a physical product on this website, we collect personal information from you to ship the order to you.

We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider & Printify (as a third-party service) so that they can provide shipping services to us.
As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

A licence does not constitute a sale or transfer of copyright or ownership of the artwork.
